Wenn die Navigation beendet werden soll, drücke ich lange den Navigationsbutton. Dann erfolgt noch eine Abfrage, ob die Navigation gestoppt werden soll. Ich bin dafür, diese Abfrage zu entfernen. Das lange Drücken des Buttons mache ich nicht versehentlich, sodass ich es nicht ungewollt mache.

Das Stoppen muss ich z. B. dann machen, wenn ich einen Zwischenziel oder einen Shaping point einfügen möchte, um die Route zu ändern. Kann man nicht die Navigation automatisch stoppen lassen, wenn ich ein Zwischenziel/shapingpoint einfügen möchte?
Wir hatten dieses schon mal diskutiert (ichcfinde es nicht mehr), und es wurde argumentiert, dass kein Programm (maps, osmand, maps me, etc) es zulassen würde, die Route während der Navigation zu ändern, das Routing muss auf jeden Fall zunächst gestoppt werden. Meine Idee ist es deswegen, diesen Abbruch automatisch durchzuführen, sobald die Route geändert werden soll. Aber vielleicht habe ich unerwünschte Effekte nicht bedacht.

Eine kleine Idee noch zum Starten der Navigation: Ich wünsche mir einen Ton oder eine Ansage, sobald die Navigation gestartet wird. Der Grund: Ich rätsele manchmal, ob die Tonverbindung zu meinem Headset on ist oder nicht. Ein kurzer Ton/Ansage gäbe mir sofort Gewissheit. Aber das ist Priorität B :slight_smile:

We had discussed this before (I can’t find it anymore), and it was argued that no program (maps, osmand, maps me, etc) would allow changing the route during navigation, routing must be done first being stopped. My idea is therefore to carry out this abort automatically as soon as the route is to be changed. But maybe I didn’t consider unwanted effects.

A small idea for starting the navigation: I would like a sound or an announcement as soon as the navigation is started. The reason: I sometimes wonder whether the sound connection to my headset is on or not. A short tone/announcement would give me immediate certainty. But that’s priority B :slight_smile:

I case you missed it.
Development of current Kurviger App has stopped.
There will be a completely new App in the near future.

There is a reason for this safety question:
If you stop navigation, the information what waypoints you have passed is lost.
After that, “strict navigation” will reroute you to WP1.

Here is the original error report. To avoid similar situations (manual) stopping of navigation is required.

Ich habe schon mitbekommen, dass es eine neue App geben wird. Aber Gedanken und Ideen fließen ja in die neue App mit ein, deshalb thematisiere ich die bisherigen Funktionen trotzdem.

Um ähnliche Situationen zu vermeiden, ist ein (manuelles) Stoppen der Navigation erforderlich.

Ja, ich weiß, dass die Navigation beendet werden muss, wenn man Änderungen an der Route vornehmen will. Die Frage war ja nur, ob nicht auf diese Sicherheitsabfrage verzichtet werden kann! Mich nervt sie, weil sie für mich so überflüssig ist wie ein Kropf.

Yes, I know that navigation has to be stopped if you want to make changes to the route. The question was only, whether this safety query can not be waived! It annoys me because it is superfluous for me.
