Offline maps not available despite active tourer+ subscription

Hi,
I started using the app again and I must say that I am very impressed about the progress you made.

I have a valid tourer subscription, it is shown on the info page, and it works e.g. to show all routes on the screen.
But when I click the Offline maps menu, I get a message that this is tourer feature and I should buy a subscription.

For offline maps and navigation you need Tourer+ (yellow) subscription

Danke für den Tip.
Also wird mein Abo von der App anscheinend nicht richtig erkannt. Ich das gelbe Abo, in der App wird aber das blaue Symbol angezeigt.
Ich habe damals von Web+App umgestellt und zahle 19,99€ pro Jahr.
Im Playstore wird Tourer Plus angezeigt.

Du könntest versuchen die “Planungsdaten” zu löschen. Danach musst du dich neu anmelden in der App.

Hast du eventuell zwei Accounts mit zwei Abos?
