Tourer plus subscription

I’m installed on two devices and have purchased tourer plus, yet it only works on one device. Either fix the issue or refund the fee.

the usage works on several devices without problems and please look for the problem with yourself and not blanketly with Kurviger.

Small hint. It must always be logged in with the account on the devices through which the Tourer + subscription was purchased.

Yes, I’m logged in on the same account on both devices, and when I click on the tourer plus subscription it even says its already purchased.

What devices are we talking about here?
And on which device does it not work?
