Subscription Refund / Rückerstattung Abo

Signed up for the free 7 day trial for offline maps to try on my trip due to some other apps having issues. I was gone for almost 10 days with very, very limited service. Came back and saw I was charged for the entire year after the trial period ended (Scummy practice if you ask me) any way i can cancel this and get a refund? Looks like i missed it by a day.

We have refunded your subscription.

That’s basically how all subscriptions work and we show this to you, when you sign up for the subscription.

I created an account and tried the free 7-day Tourer+ option.
I was`t satisfied with this feature, so I closed my account.
Today I received information that the annual fee of 29.99 Eur has been paid.
I am asking for a refund, because I am not longer your customer, I have closed my account before the 7-day free trial period expired.
How we can solve this problem?

You can find all the information in the link I posted above. I can’t find any other information relating to you without more information. Please follow the links there depending on where you signed up for the subscription.

How can I cancel my subscription when I dont have account, from which I purchased the subscription?

Did you look into the link I shared? You will find contact information for all three payment providers, you can contact them directly about the refund.

You can also contact us at support [at] kurviger [dot] de providing more information like the email you used to sign up for the subscription (it’s most probably not the email you used here in the forum). Depending on which payment provider you used we will need more information like transaction ids, order numbers, etc. - the more you can provide the easier it is for us to actually find out what happened.
