Wish that sound volume is higher.
I am using quality speakers (Sena) and Samsung phone (and good ears) but cannot heat the nice lady instructions.

Are the device volume settings loud enough?

bei meinem Sony muss ich bei Fahrtbeginn immer die Bluetooth-Lautstärke “hochdrehen”.
Vielleicht ist das bei Deinem Samsung auch so?

with my Sony, I always have to “turn up” the Bluetooth volume when I start driving.
Maybe that’s the case with your Samsung?
