Highlight text and click the Quote or Reply buttons.
(default enabled in your profile settings)

However I disabled the Quote button in my profile… 
Because the forum updates broke the double click + select text function.
Quote button now appears under mouse cursor after first double click
instead of above the mouse cursor like in older working forum versions.
(you cannot double click + select text extending the selection as before)
Then to quote reply, you can highlight text and click the Reply button.
