When the (Android) app is being used to generate a route the proposed route often contains off road roads in the Netherlands. How can that be solved?
In der App unter Routing > Optionen > “Vermeide unbefestigte Straßen” anklicken. Das sollte helfen.
In the app under Routing> Options> “Avoid unpaved roads”. That should help.

If you selected “Avoid unpaved roads” as noted by @luckytown then it might be that there is missing information in the road data, also see our documentation about this here.
