New phone new kurviger purchase?

My old phone crashed. Is it correct that I have to buy a new kurviger pro app on my new phone although I have prove of payment for a year by google? Am I missing something or doing something wrong? Please help.

As “Hans the globtrotter” you should know, that with the same Google-Account you can install all purchased apps on the new phone without payment.
