Loading When a Route is Already Loaded

I got an error because I selected a .kurviger file from an email, but Kurviger opened already having a route and overlay from the last time it was open. Kurviger itself suggested I report this. I fixed the problem by deleting last time’s route and overlay and then selecting the .kurviger file from my email again. It then loaded properly.

Do you still remember the exact error message? Was it really about loading a route, or was there an issue with the .kurviger file?

I should have taken a screenshot, my apologies. I do not recall seeing the word “load” or “loading” in the error description, so I’m leaning toward .kurviger file issue. I have tried and been completely unable to replicate the error. That’s all I know.
