Loading kurviger routes gives errors

unexpected error
Loading a new route by file into my app on the phone doesn’t load. Tried .gpx file and .kurviger file.

Same file opens in the web just perfectly. Also saving it in the cloud and loading it works.

Could say it fine this way, but when receiving a route wile not in the presence of a computer now gives a problem loading.

Thanks for reporting this issue. Can you clarify how you load the file? Do you load it from the local files or from a cloud service like Dropbox?

Im usually loading files using onedrive, but also opening files stored on the sd card in my phone gives the same issue.

Ok got it and how do you open the file? Via the app and click on import. Or do you use an external file manager?

Loading the file by clicking on it in one drive or Google files gives the error.

Got it, have you tried using the import feature in Kurviger if that works? Does this behave different?
