I’m wondering if my older (3+ years) Kurviger routes work on my phone if I switch from Pro to Tourer+?

Yes work without problems.
Kurviger Pro and Kurviger+ are two separate apps, so there is no interference. But you should be able to load saved routes to each app.
Is access to the website, I currently use to create Kurviger routes to use with my Kurviger Pro app going to be changing?
Hi, I’m not 100% sure how to answer this question. The website in general remains free to use, just like before 
But if you want advanced features (see here) then the “Tourer” subscription will unlock those. The big advantage / step forward for us in the new version is that now the whole Kurviger “universe” is more streamlined. If you buy Tourer, you will get advanced features both on your phone and the website.
