Kurviger account and Tourer+ account no connection

Dear all,

I bought the Tourer+ and it works perfect on my iPhone. But if I try to log in at the macbook in Safari I could not connect my Kurviger account and the Tourer+ account. Who is able to support me?

Zu 90 % falsches Login.
Check mal die Mail Adresse. Eventuell haste da verschiedene genutzt.

Do you see an error message in Safari that you would be able to share with us? Or are you simply logged in and premium functionality is missing? Can you send some screenshots of what that looks like (preferrable with the mail address blurred out of course)?

Hi boldtrn,

I have used the same e-mail address and I try it in Safari and Firefox but always if i loved it I get the same page is I click on the tourer button which asked me to by the additional functionality.
