Better the OSM-entry should be changed - just as mountainpasses, not closed in winter but in summer.
OSM data appears to be correct from my point of view: It says access: no, condition: winter.
What do you think should be changed here?
But it also says motor_vehicle yes. The more specific usually wins. The conditional access is wrongly formatted though.
Correct could be:
access=no
access:conditional=yes @ winter (or something like that)
I corrected the access tags as proposed by Robin:
Should be displayed as “conditionally closed” in Kurviger in a few days.
Remark: From my point of view Kurviger should display roads with tag “seasonal” also as conditionally closed, example:

Reapplied access=yes, copied from examples linked for russian ice roads in Proposal:Winter roads - OpenStreetMap Wiki The page also mentions Navigation tools should be taught to avoid winter and ice roads, so this seems to be the c
There is another ice road in northern Sweden at the border to Finland:
I suggest to align the properties with other ice roads. However, it appears that there is no solid standard yet how to tag ice roads, at least not across Europe. Other ice roads in Canada have different tags. Maybe they could serve as examples:
Thanks for the proposal. We will add this to our todo list
