Ich habe mich selbstverständlich mit exakt demselben Gmail Account angemeldet, worin das Kurviger-Abo auch aufgeführt ist. Das habe ich natürlich auch verifiziert. Und trotzdem wird meine Buchung nicht erkannt.
When you log into the App, there are 2 possibilities:
AFAIK these are different login mechanisms.
Maybe you bought Kurviger not with “e-mail+password”, but with “Google”.
Geht beides nicht. Habe mein PW für meine Gmail-Adresse zurückgesetzt und mich darüber eingeloggt. Bekomme meinen bezahlten Account nicht wiederhergestellt.
Da wird sich einer der Programmierer die Tage melden. Sind wohl gerade noch im Urlaub.

Danke für die Anfrage, ich konnte dein Abo finden, das Abo hast du aber mit einer Outlook Adresse abgeschlossen und nicht mit einer Gmail Adresse. Ich schick dir per PN gleich noch die genaue Email.
