Have you already found yourselve how to upgrade? First step is to register with an email address and to login. I guess you already did this.
What are the steps you tried? This helps us to understand where you got stucked.
Normally, you should get a lot of hints in the free version to upgrade to another version. Just click to upgrade.
As you are using an Android device you probably want to upgrade to Tourer+. Tourer+ contains the full functionalities for navigation.
