Not recommendable on sundays or holydays. Too much foreign bike outlaws…
And one appeal: don’t drive too loud. That might prefent residents from forcing to close roads for bikers.

When I remember correctly you are from Spain?
There is really a lot you can find with “Motorradtour” and “Schwarzwald”. Most pages I find are in German.
Here is one page from Schwarzwald Touristic, you can switch to spanish. Might be good starting point. I have seen 3 tours with GPX to download. Motorrad | Schwarzwald Tourismus GmbH

Hint: Follow the link to “Motorrad-Strassen”. There you can select maps by region. Look for Schwarzwald or Süd-Westen. The best: these maps contain the Kurviger-Tourcode in the description. Import by Menu / Import / Tourcode in K3.
