Ich bin kurviger-Tourer und angemeldet. Trotzdem kann ich nicht exportieren und folgender Hinweis kommt:

Hi, bei den hier im Forum gemeldeten Problemen haben die User häufig mehrere Accounts (wozu auch immer) und sind mit einem falschen (= nicht Kurviger Tourer) angemeldet.
Kann das hier auch der Fall sein?
Wenn Du in der Kopfzeile auf “Kurviger Tourer” klickst, kannst Du Details zu Deinem Abo sehen. Was wird dort angezeigt?
du hast recht. Ich habe anscheinend ein zweites Abo über google-Konto. Aber das ist irgendwie nicht aktiv, kann mich aber einloggen. Bezahlen tue ich auch nur eins. Mit meinem anderen “richtigen” account ist aber alles okay.
you are right. I seem to have a second subscription via google account. But somehow it’s not active, but I can log in. I also only pay for one. But everything is OK with my other “real” account.
Einen Account kann sich jeder kostenlos anlegen. Dabei passiert es leider immer mal wieder, dass jemand einen 2. Account anlegt. Ein Abo gilt aber immer nur für einen Account.
Gut, dass du dein Problem lösen konntest.

Wie kann ich denn den zweiten, unnötigen account löschen? Habe keine passende Funktion gefunden.

Right now, there is no automated way. You could send me an email from the same email as the account you want to delete, I can delete it for you.
Right now the image is used from your social login. So if you login via Google or Facebook, the image you have set there will be used, it’s not yet possible to set your own image (still on the todo list 
)
