With pleasure I used the android app Kurviger now for several years.
But now I get a message from Google that I must pay €29.99 instead of €19.99.
Why is that.

I assume you had used Kurviger 2.x. This version is meanwhile decommissioned. In 2023 K3 was developped and released - there was the offer to subscribe until end of august 2023 at the same charge as K2. If you have missed this the standard charge for Tourer+ (planning and navigation) is 29,99 € per year. Detailed prices you can find here:
