Hello, I use kurviger tourer for some years now. today in the morning, the app didnt load on the galaxy active tab II, unfortunately when I just wanted to start a tour with a friend. the app just didnt load at all and I got the “app is not loading-screen” Now, at home, the app loads again without having anything changed, I was logged out, had to log in again and my route history in the app is totally empty now. such a behavior is really annoying, espessially because I dont now what happened at all and this may happen at any time again! Are there any hints or further information for me? sc , JL

Sorry, this won’t help me at all, are there any missunderstandigs? I use the actual app since it was available, since December 2022. On Saturday it worked fine, on Sunday morning when we started the tour, I had the issues told above, I think I really need support to avoid this happening again! SC JL
Could you please post the “debug-Information” so we can see the exact version of your Kurviger app?

I am not really sure what happened here, my only idea would be that you might have used some “cleaner app” or you might have cleared some data of either the Kurviger App or Chrome on your device manually?

thank you, yes indeed, I cleared the Chrome and Google cash because of problems with the available storage space, but why did it work the same day later, without further changes?

Ok, this explains the mentioned issue.
After you signed in again most settings should be recovered, but the route history should be still blank as this is only kept locally.
