Volume button not working on zoom.
Have gone through the forum etc. and tested on mobile phone and tablet. Android.
Can’t find any errors.
I hope Someone who can contribute with a solution.
Also has a remote control on the bike for this.
Hi John, this is very littele information and quite hard to understand for us. Can you please be more precise and give us some clear reproduction steps to see what’s not working?

Ok we’ll stick to the mobile phone.
settings -Voice output channel=notification
Map control with media buttons = on
mobile phone = samsung
can’t think of anything else

I just tested, volume butttons to zoom are working for me. Do you have perhaps two phones signed in into same account with different settings? You could try to switch on/off the setting and test again.
To try and reproduce the behavior, it is helpful to include the “Debug Information” in your post. It is located at the bottom of the settings menu and will give the team a more precise information about your phone model, operating system and app version.
The zooming with volume buttons works only in navigation and follow mode (and simulation), but not in the planning mode. I understand you tested with at least two devices? Did it work in the past on any of your devices, or it just stopped working qith the new update?
On my phone it works and it also works with a simple media remote controller (BT13).

It works. didn’t realize it had to be in navigation mode.
