Every time I activate the route navigation, the spoken stops after about 10 min without to leave the track, I then have to turn the app of and on again to hear the voice navigation again. After the voice have been stopped the navigation itself continues independently of the voice perfectly.
I am using a Samsung A 53

Here a strange proposal, but it was the solution for me, and others reported, that it solved their sound issues as well. I had two phones affected, one for Kurviger, the other phone with another app not working.
Go to play store, search for “Google Speech und Voice Recognition”, uninstall, re-install. Additionally, you can go into your sound settings (Text to Speech), uninstall the language files and download again.
Please let us know, if it worked.

Kurzes off-topic: Apropos Voice, meine weibliche Stimme auf dem Samsung A34 lispelt, sie kann kein T aussprechen. Sie sagt z.B. “rechs abbiegen” und “los gehs” 
Echt lustig. Ein Freund machte bei seinem Handy die gleiche Erfahrung.
