Tourer + subscription

hello, I subscribed to a subscription for the year to kurviger tourer+ on July 6, 2024. since 15 days I have no access to this subscription. What Can I do?

oui je suis connecté avec la même adresse. J’ai utilisé mon abonnement en juillet pour mon roadtrip en france, allemagne et Suisse. Vers le 26 juillet, je n’ai plus eu accès à tourer +, l’appli me demandait d’upgrader pour refaire un abonnement.

yes I am connected with the same address. I used my subscription in July for my roadtrip in France, Germany and Switzerland. Around July 26, I no longer had access to tourer +, the app asked me to upgrade to renew a subscription.

What type of abo did you purchase (yearly, monthly)? How did you pay (Paddle or Google Play)? If Google, is your account in Google Play balanced? You may also check this side with your login data:

I have bought my subscription by paddle on 6 of july 2024.
On 26 of july, I was in Switzerland and my account tourer + didn’t work. So I took another free subscription for a week as I didn’t know how to manage to recover tourer +. It was done to finish my roadtrip, I did not have the time to explore the problem.
My subscription is now “inactive” but I’ve paid for one year, until july 2025.

Sorry for the troubles, I can see that there was an interference with a Google subscription and Paddle subscription on the same account. Your subscription should be active again and I extended your next billing date to 31th of August 2025.
