Tourer+ subscription is not recognized in the Edge browser

Hello,

I have had the Tourer+ subscription since July 2024.
The account was created with my e-mail address. There is no other account in the game.

When I log in in the Android app or on the PC in Google Chrome, everything is OK and the existing Tourer+ subscription is recognized.
Recently, when I log in to my favorite browser Edge, I can’t work because the system prompts me to upgrade to Tourer+.
I have already deleted the entire browser history in Edge, but to no avail.
In September I was still on tour and was still able to plan and work with Kurviger in the Edge browser.
Now, as I said, that no longer works.

I’ve seen similar links and questions here in the forum, but no answer yet.
The things suggested there I have probert or they didn’t apply to me.

What should I do?

  • Is it the browser?
  • Is there a bug in the portal that needs to be fixed as soon as possible?
  • Should I send my contract details somewhere so that my case can be checked and verified?

Hello Guenther,

the problem was with the Edge browser.
I deleted the cookies saved for the Kurviger website in the browser settings and then logged in to the Kurviger portal again.

Now it recognizes again that I have the Tourer+ subscription and I can work normally with the Kuviger software.

So my problem has been solved.
