Got this in navigation yesterday …
but there is a left turn lane (clearly visible in Mapillary).

I think, the linking roads between the B2 an the St 2230 should be tagged as highway=primary_link
I just did this.
Additionally the B2 has a speedlimit of 50 which is missing on the linking roads.
