I want to save a POI that is already in the map as a Favorite so I can find it easier. The option is available in the app and on the website, but in both I get a generic error after choosing a folder and clicking the Checkmark / Save button.
Thanks for letting us know about this, this issue should be resolved on the website now and should be resolved with the next app update for the app as well. If you still see issues, even though you have loaded the latest version on the website, please let us know. (It can take up to an hour to show the latest version)
