Heute ist mir etwas aufgefallen, was ich gerne vermeiden möchte: Ich fuhr eine geplante Route nach. Dabei fuhr ich ein paar Mal etwas zu weit, weil ich eine Abbiegung verpasste. Nach dem Wenden und dem weiteren Folgen der Route wurde dieser Wendepunkt als neuer Startpunkt angezeigt und die folgenden Wegepunkte begannen wieder mit 1. Die bisher gefahrene Route war weg.
Das Problem war, dass ich keine Korrekturen mehr an der Gesamt-Route vor Ort mehr durchführen konnte. Ich behalf mich damit, dass ich die komplette Route erneut mit dem zuvor gespeicherten Tourcode importierte und dann eine Änderung durchführte. Nachdem ich die Änderung durchgeführt hatte, habe ich die aktuelle Route wieder per Teilen an mich selbst in whatsapp geschickt. Das ist aber etwas umständlich.
Kann ich irgendwie vermeiden, dass der Startpunkt neu gesetzt wird?
Today I noticed something that I would like to avoid: I drove a planned route. I drove a bit too far a few times because I missed a turn. After turning and following the route, this turning point was displayed as a new starting point and the following way points started again with 1. The previously driven route was gone.
The problem was that I could no longer make corrections to the entire route. I did manage to re-import the entire route with the previously saved tour code and then make a change. After making the change, I sent the current route back to whatsapp by sharing it with myself. But that’s a bit complicated.
Can I somehow avoid the starting point being reset?
If mean navigation, when get away from route and rerouting is enabled, a new route is calculated from user’s location and route’s next / unvisited waypoints.
If don’t want the route to be recalculated when being off route, can navigate with manual rerouting, see documentation.
Wenn es dir wichtiger ist, die geplante Route abzufahren (was beim Cruisen die Regel ist) anstatt so schnell wie möglich ans Ziel zu kommen, solltest du die Option “Automatisch neu berechnen” abschalten.
Ich habe gestern auch mehrfach eine Abzweigung verpasst, kenne also deine Situation, konnte aber auf diese Weise immer schnell auf meine ursprüngliche Route zurückfinden und diese fortsetzen.
If it is more important to you to follow the planned route (which is usually the case when cruising) instead of reaching your destination as fast as possible, you should disable the option “Recalculate automatically”.
I also missed a junction several times yesterday, so I know your situation, but could thereby always quickly find my original route back and continue.
Seltsamerweise war die Neuberechnung (Einstellungen, Navigation, Routen-Neuberechnung) nicht aktiviert, als ich nachschaute. Wie auch immer, danke fpr den Tipp, ich werde drauf achten!
Strangely enough, the recalculation (settings, navigation, route recalculation) was not activated when I looked it up. Anyway, thanks for the tip, I’ll take care of it!
So habe ich das am Anfang auch gemacht - aber viel einfacher ist doch, eine neu konzipierte Route sofort zu “exportieren”, dann ist sie auf dem Smartphone gesichert und kann bei Bedarf jederzeit wieder ohne jeglichen Aufwand “importiert” werden.
(Ich habe schon öfter angeregt, diese Optionen umzubenennen, also z.B. in “Sichern/Exportieren” und “Laden [Restore] / Importieren”, weil sonst die tägliche Nützlichkeit diese Funktion nicht intuitiv erkannt wird.)
That’s how I did it in the beginning - but it’s much easier now to “export” every newly designed route immediately, then it’s saved on the smartphone and can be “imported” again at any time without any effort.
(I have often suggested renaming these options, e.g. “Save/Export” and “Load [Restore] / Import”, because otherwise the daily usefulness of this function may not be recognized intuitively).
Uli_LH, du hast Recht, 2 Klicks statt 5. Der Vorteil, es über whatsapp zu teilen, ist, dass ich den Tourcode über das whatsapp-webinterface auch gleich auch dem PC zur Verfügung habe.
Uli_LH, you’re right, 2 clicks instead of 5. The advantage of sharing it via whatsapp, is that I have the tour code on the whatsapp web interface also immediately available to the PC.
