I really like the this function where Kurviger automatically switches into a zoomed out follow mode when leaving the current route (if rerouting is disabled). Very helpful to get a good overview without any need to operate the smartphone while driving.
But sometimes you’re forced to drive a greater detour so that you can’t see your route any longer (even at this zoom level).
Therefore it would be nice to have some kind of a route indicator showing the direction of the nearest waypoint on the route, so that is easier to drive in the right direction vack to the route, even if the route isn’t visible at the moment.
Maybe this could be done like the (very decent) “glowing” blue indicator which appears if your current position is outside the map area which is currently visible (when not being in the follow mode).
