Problems importing fresh tour files

I can no more import new tour files, either created in the app itself before or via the Kurviger Website. As soon as I import the file - it shows no route on the map. An older tour from last summer instead opens without any issues. What is going on?

Please attach a route file so we can check it and understand what you mean.

Is it a valid route file, like name.kurviger or name.gpx?

This could be from the last update on Jan12 but when I plan a route and export it in to my files when I try to import it, it won’t open. All older files will open but no new ones. Can anyone help.
