Playstore not giving app after purchase

Dear kurviger,
I just paid for your pro app on my laptop through Ideal, but didn’t get the app eventhough the payment was substracted from my account. If you want I can send bank transaction info but i rather not do that on the forum. Google play also doesn’t show the app in the paid history. Anything you can do for me or did I just lose 10 bucks for nothing?
