hi trying to load the map openstreet map de
it wont load
it loads on the open street map site
using chrome but problem exists on sfari as well
have latest software on macbook 2015

Thanks for the info, there seems to be an issue with these tiles. You can use “Kurviger OSM” - they are hosted by Kurviger and should work. Sorry for the troubles.

Thanks that map doesnt work so well for me as i plan off road a lot.Im sure it will be fixed in due course.

I assume a certificate on server side (not kurviger) has expired, so far as I could see yesterday Sep. 5th.
For example: https://c.osm.rrze.fau.de/osmde/7/69/44.png - response is NS_ERROR_GENERATE_FAILURE(NS_ERROR_MODULE_SECURITY, SEC_ERROR_EXPIRED_CERTIFICATE

This is an issue with the tile provider (FAU). We don’t host these tiles and can’t change the certificate issue. If the FAU tiles won’t come up again soon, we will have to remove this option from Kurviger (as there is no point in including them if they don’t work). This is sad, but unfortunately, I don’t see another option right now.
