Number of devices with tourer plus

Hi guys,
I’m using tourer plus on my Ipad in Safari and usually on my PC in Firefox. I started the Abo in July 23.

On my Ipad the Status is “aktiv”, on my PC Status is “inaktiv”. In both I logged in with may only account with the same mail-adress.
In userdates kurviger shows the paid last bill 2023-07-27 and the next bill at 19.06.2024; so he knows I have the permit. Log out at the Ipad doesn’t change the issue.

So maybe it is only 1 device (simulatiously) allowed using Kurviger?

You can have more than one device simultaniously with the same account.
e.g. IPad, PC, and Smartphone.

Maybe you have installed some sort of Script-blocker, VPN, Antivius or ad-block on your PC.

If the issue is not related to VPN, Adblock, etc. like @linux-user mentioned, you can try to open this page: Kurviger Error Diagnostic and delete cache on the device that is not working as expected.

Hi there,

since today my tourer+ abo is no longer valid (it is paid and I am logged in) I can’t find any possibility to solve that problem. I’ve cleared cokkies. locked in again, the system knows me…but no tourer+ funktion. Please help
