Navigation panels on the display

Hello,
today, I did my first Trip with Kurviger App. It works fine, but I have a Question. Perhaps I´am only stupid, but I don´t know it.
In the left off the Smatphonedisplay, I can see 2 Fields. I know, that the upper Field is the turn indicator. But there ist another Note belong this and I don´t, what ii is. Can anyone help me?

The upper top-left navigation panel shows the next turn instruction.

The lower top-left navigation panel shows the next-next turn instruction.
i.e. the turn instruction after the next one.
