Google Play Help mentions:
“You can use apps you bought on Google Play on any Android device without paying again. However, each device must have the same Google Account on it.”
If you mean to reinstall Kurviger 1, see the instructions in the documentation and forum:
App: User interface (UI), Views, Elements, Follow mode, Crosshairs, Screenshot, Overview [Kurviger Knowledgebase]
If you purchased Kurviger 1 Pro app in the past,
it remains available in your Google Play library
and is maintained for current owners.
Please see the Google Play Help instructions for how to reinstall it.
Kurviger 2 is a separate app with new features via subscriptions.
