There are some very good camping apps including campsite rating, facilities, occupancy, etc.
I would use such an app and then forward the location for the Kurviger.de navigation as a destination or POI to the app or the website.
I do the same with my hotel selection from Google Maps or Booking.com…

That said, if you have suggestions for POIs or know a potential source for POIs we can always investigate possibilities
