Hi, I have buyed and paid for the hole year, and when I lock in, the system informed that I’m not a “Kurviger Tourer”. Whats going on ? To stupid ?

Kurviger tourer doesnt work

Are you using the correct account? We have seen cases where people had several accounts. When signing up for Kurviger Tourer, you will receive an Email from Paddle. Please check which email was used from Paddle, usually this is the email that you are using for your Kurviger Tourer account.

If that and the other tips in the docs don’t help, please let us know and we can do an investigation what’s wrong.

looks that I haven’t get this mail or it was in the junk (which will be destroyed automaticly)
any idear to get this mail again ?
