Hey there. I’ve paid for the yearly subscription via a desktop. Have a login and everything. Shows I have an active sub. I’ve downloaded the Kurviger app on my phone using the same account on the Google Play, but its not showing that I have a paid sub there. How can I activate my account on my phone? Thanks.
Please see carefully the website subscription page where it mentions:
“The listed features are only valid for the website. We offer a separate subscription for the Android app.”
It is explained also in the documentation.
Crap. So its $10 for the online and another $10 for the phone?
You have the choice:
- only $10 for the app
- only $10 for the webpage (or even free webpage if you want)
- $10+$10=$20 for both web and app
