I cannot login to my Android app, which indicated so far to be Tourer Beta.

Do you mean you can’t login at all?
Or is it just, that the Tourer+ subscription is not shown in the app.
If it is just that your Tourer+ subscription isn’t shown in the app, this will be fixed with the next update.
At the moment the app is still free of charge, so it is just a display fault.

You can try the “usual fix for software hickups”:
- restart the phone
- delete cache
- update browser
Didn’t work.
I used "forgot password’
Now it works
