Kurviger App only works in follow-mode althoug I paid for Tour-mode

Hello together,
I installed the Kurviger app an buyed the tour package. Although everything is done, even a new installadion of the app, it don`t navigate correctly.
I only can use the follow-mode.
Is there anyone who can help?

The navigation is only possible with Kurviger Tourer Plus. We provided our app as free preview version for the last few months, so everyone could test the app without any subscription. We have ended the free test.

Please note: Kurviger Tourer, has never included the navigation. Also see our pricing page: Kurviger
