is it possible that there are currently only two options for route recalculation?
“next waypoint and strict navigation”
I have now tried several times to drive a round trip with a detour. As soon as the recalculation starts the whole tour is gone, from 280 km it is only 14 km to the finish. My route has only 2 waypoints, one where the entrance stands and once refueling after about 120 km… It doesn’t matter if online or offline (BRouter).
Wow, this is already very cool, also including transparency
The pause/resume button is only available in live navigation mode, not in simulation, right? No problem, just a question.
Also the map orientation modes are cool… For mode Route overview I would propose (just as a nice to have without any priority) an additional zoom factor to be kept, either as a slider for zoom percentages from 0 to 100% or some fixed overview modes (10%, 25%, 50%, 100% zoom)
Hey. Thanks for the Route overview - it’s very useful, but only while driving, in addition, as an option quickly available when navigating. Therefore, it seems to me that this view should be temporary and after 10 seconds return to the previously set. Maybe holding the compass for a long time should activate this mode temporary?
complete other opinion here: it is good when it is permanent. You just have to press on the compass to select the other mode again (just 2 little button presses).
the temporay mode is already available by just zooming with 2 fingers, then after some seconds it switches already back.
Got it! I never used this functionality and this way to place my waypoints. But this way is also convenient for me Nevertheless, to avoid further user confusion, I would suggest to force all users to this new way and remove this setting.
Hm, I only can change the color but not the transparency…
Had some app crashes when automatic recalculation was active. Unfortunately I can’t say when exactly this happens. I hear the voice telling calculating… then the app quits without any message. Since I was on a 5 day motorcycle trip with other guys, I deactivated the automatic recalculation and then it worked.
