When switching to online map and back to offline map, the map layers are set to default values.
Proposal: Store enabled map layers before switching to online map and restore them when switching to offline maps next time.
Sorry, this is not possible.
The map layers are automatically provided by the map style.
And each map style can have different layers (e.g. see here).
