Ich habe den zumo 396. Dort sollte die gpx-Datei in das gpx-Verzeichnis gespeichert werden, wo sich auch die Garmin-Datei current.gpx befindet (dort speichert der zumo übrigens die Routen der letzten Tage). Ich wähle in Kurviger das Format Garmin Shaping-points aus, dazu meistens Tracks, Waypoints und Route und wähle bei Stützpunkte “Mittel”. Das sind meistens genug.

I just got my new Zumo XT and I am trying to get a route (67 waypoints) wireless into the device. Since it’s the XT I tried using Garmin Explore before BaseCamp on my macbook. Getting the route transferred to Explore is the easy part. Limit is 200 waypoints and I exported it from kurviger with no extra waypoints… It also get’s synchronised very quick with the Zumo…
But once I open it there is always an error message that “the route will be calculated to work on Zumo…” - something li…
I was not satisfied with the hints given at the site kurviger.de for exporting tracks to a Garmin zumo.
I tried another way and it works!!
Here it is:
You need
a Android phone (Xiaomi Mi2 lite)
a micro USB-Adapter for exporting to a micro SD that you may use inside your Garmin zumo
All you have to do is:
make a Kurviger route
go to export
export route in gpx-format to the Micro SD of your Garmin
on your zumo go to tracks; import the file you saved to your micro SD
open the track
on the lef…
