I am Tourer and renewal fees accepted

I am trying to use tourer features-
1 set road conditions for each segment
2 save checkpoint names
On either of these things I get a notice that does not allow me to use features. It says restricted to tourer features. I am logged in under my account when this happens. Do you have to reinstate my privileges to use tourer?

I am using my linux desktop to create route.

Are you sure you used the right account? I can see that you logged in with the same account you use here in the forum recently on the website. We don’t have a subscription for this email. Please have a look at our docs here: I can't access my Kurviger Tourer subscription [Kurviger Knowledgebase]
