can anybody explain the colour in the Track, blue, blue/red red pointed?

What exactly track do you mean?
Can you post an image of the question?
I think he means the different lines after importing a GPX file:
Red (dotted) line: track like originally stored in the GPX (good for being used to adjust waypoints until Kurviger’s route matches the the original)
Blue line: Kurviger’s calculated route between the waypoints.
Green (dotted) line: connection between the waypoints (not too useful in my opinion).
When importing GPX files I recommend this options (to only have the red and blue line):
