Change subscription appears not to work

An attempt to upgrade my subsciption to Tourer + in order to navigate with v3.10 of the Android he app failed because my current plan was entered into from the web.

An attempt to upgrade my plan from the web also failed (see below).

The error message is in error, after the alledgedly failed upgrade attemtp from the web, the app recognized my current plan as Tourer+, and so does the web after I return from filling in this form.

I just checked, it seems you are already on a Tourer+ subscription, so I guess you were able to resolve the issue?

Yes, the issue is that an error message is given, even though there was no error.
