Bitte ändert die Ansagen / Stimme

Hallo,
Danke

Viele Grüße
Dedan

Users control the text-to-speech engines with their options in the mobile devices.

Install Google Text-to-Speech, activate it in Android settings and select any voice.

(can see more in documentation)

Voice navigation uses text-to-speech, so it depends on installed engine’s quality.

Google Text-to-Speech is among the best and the recommended engine to use.

@devemux86 but isn’t one of the points above still valid:

Could you send “kilometer” to the TTS?

Would have to do that for all units, for all (currently 10) voice languages.
Google Text-to-Speech already does that and is available to everyone.

Uh cool I did not know that by heart (and I can’t remember cause my last tour was months ago -.- ), cool!

Some TTS engines may also have problems with decimal separator in some languages.

We recommend Google TTS, as have not seen it to present any issue so far in all tests.

Yeah that’s correct, I think we even had a thread about that on the forum here already. I’ll remember to check if Google is set before my next tour, thanks man!
