Allow High way Enable even if Disabled in general parameters

Hello
Is there a possibility to enable high way between 2 points even if the high way a disable in the general parameters for the forecasted circuit ?
If not this can be an improvement for futur updates

In the new (awsome) version of Kurviger segments of the route can now be customized with respect to their “curviness” (1 on the attached figure), but I would really like to be able to also en- or disable motorways, ferries etc. on a per segment basis.
