Hello, I’ve used the app for about 6 times now. But the 7th time, all of a sudden, there was no sound anymore. The headset still works on other devices so it’s not the hardware. Even without a headset the app just does not provide any voice navigation anymore.
What to do. It worked fine before…
Can you provide more details?
- Device model
- Android version (original or custom rom ?)
- Kurviger version
- Selected options in “Settings | Voice guidance”
- Has anything changed in the device lately?
- Have double checked the sound volume?
