on 06/23 my subscription has been completed and can still not use the extended functions (web) after logging in.
Hey SNI, is there any kind of specific error message that you could show us? Does your profile look something like this?

In most cases are people have logged in with the wrong account. So I would recommend to log out and log in to make sure you are using the correct account. If you have multiple accounts, make sure you are using the right one.
